the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed; if so, to request information regarding such processing; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country; to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data; request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the KVKK, request that third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of any rectification or erasure/destruction, objecting to a decision made solely through automated systems that results in adverse consequences for you, and requesting compensation for any damages you may have suffered due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

You may submit your requests under the KVKK to EMBAS, clearly stating your identity and the nature of your request.

Your requests will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and no later than 30 days, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant legislation.
