The Most Versatile Gas Detector Transmitter on the Market
This gas detector transmitter is available in an ATEX- and IECEx-certified enclosure approved for Zones 1 and 2 (explosion hazards) and Zones 21 and 22 (dust hazards). It is equipped with 2 analog outputs, 1 2-wire addressable output, and 3 relay outputs in a single detector. This allows it to be used independently or as part of a larger addressable network, ensuring excellent adaptability to any environment. The TOC-903-X5 gas detector transmitter is equipped with a 5-port housing that provides easy access for installation. With IGD’s software design, you can also have two directly connected digital gas detectors, including catalytic, PID, electrochemical, IR, ionic, and semiconductor types. With a wide range of sensor options for over 400 different gases and a hands-free, single-person calibration feature, the TOC-903-X5 is the most flexible gas detector transmitter on the market.

Single-Person Calibration – Non-Interactive Screen
Since the system uses our magnetic rod technology, no hot work permit is required during detector maintenance and installation. This allows you to calibrate, commission, and integrate the sensors directly from the gas detector transmitter without a hot work permit. This reduces the time spent on-site for calibration visits and enhances safety in environments where there is a risk of explosion.

Dual Detector Feature – 5-Port Enclosure
Our TOC-903-X5 product features our new 5-port ATEX enclosure design. This allows you to easily install the detector and connect it to third-party systems via easily accessible wiring ports. In addition, the 903-X5 features three relay outputs, which allow you to control auxiliary devices locally, further reducing installation time and cost.

Finally, the TOC-903-X5 allows you to connect up to two IGD digital gas detectors, enabling you to use any combination of sensor types. When our smart plug-and-play sensors are paired with the TOC-903-X5 gas detector transmitter, the transmitter automatically detects the new sensors and performs automatic setup. This significantly reduces time spent in the field and minimizes human error during commissioning and sensor replacement.

Our bright LED display provides users with system status and real-time gas readings at a glance. With a simple color-coded alarm system featuring green (normal), red (alarm activated), and orange (malfunction) indicators, personnel working in the area are immediately informed of the current gas status.
