TOC-650/750 Addressable Gas Detection System
The TOC-650/750 control system offers easy and quick installation using IGD’s 2-wire addressable technology. In addition, the automatic system setup feature ensures that the commissioning process is completed quickly and without errors.
The control panel automatically configures the alarm levels of the connected detectors and panel outputs in just a few minutes.
Screen Options
The TOC-750 features a color touchscreen. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, the status of the gas detection system can be monitored in detail and visually. The touchscreen displays real-time gas levels and alarm thresholds by graphically showing each detector, node, or device connected to the system.
By touching each channel, detailed information about the relevant detector or device can be accessed. In addition, the sensor tags (TAG) on the screen allow the name and location of each sensor or device to be customized.
The TOC-650 Series control panels feature a 2 × 8 RGB color-changing display. Their robust construction makes them ideal for facility rooms and process areas with high human traffic or heavy machinery. The TOC-650 offers an economical solution without compromising system capabilities.
Service and Reporting Applications
We offer various applications developed to perform system maintenance and download detailed system reports. These applications make service operations easier and faster while also documenting that maintenance has been performed correctly. Reports can be downloaded directly from TOC-750/650 gas detection systems. The applications are platform-independent.
Remote Monitoring and System Integration
The TOC-750/650 series control panels enable integration with other control systems and remote monitoring.
Real-time gas measurement data can be viewed remotely using 15″ touchscreen HMIs. Additionally, thanks to IGD’s cloud-based data collection solutions, gas detection data can be monitored from any device, anywhere.
Gas detection systems can also be monitored remotely via RDM (Resource Data Manager) or GSM (Mobile Communication System). GSM sends SMS and email notifications to predefined mobile phone numbers and email addresses in case of alarms and malfunctions.
Our systems provide fully compatible integration with solutions such as Building Management Systems (BMS) and Fire Detection Systems.
